A large integrated Milk & Dairy product company managing end-to-end from Milk collection-to-processing-to-production-to-distribution, turn over of 1500+ Crores
challenge
SAP was implemented few years back but was having a challenge of very high underutilization and data reconciliation. A lot of other standalone applications were implemented with high level of manual working & manual data exchange, hence issue of timeliness and inconsistency. Also, The company is on a fast track growth path and intended to use Technology extensively to manage the growth efficiently.
Objective
Invixus assignment was to streamline SAP working, integrate Applications, suggest and help implementing a Technology road map to manage growth and move to a secured DIGITAL organization thru SAP centric integrated technology environment.
Solution/ Process Adopted
Detailed study of As-Is processes, identification of gaps and re-designing a SAP Centric architecture for and integrated working. It was a collaborative exercise involving Top Management for their vision and expectations from Technology, users and partners for a simplified and efficient working.
